Practice, Practice, Practice...

I often get asked how someone improves an area of their life...

I usually respond with a question along the lines of, "How does a golfer improve their game?" to which the answer often is something like, "They practice!"

And that's it! There is no secret, no real hack, no magic bullet, just good, old fashioned practice. I know it doesn't sound sexy but hard work and commitment usually don't.

I'm not paid to fill my clients heads with nonsense about how they can sign up for a 12 week transformation programme that will give them the riches, relationships and physique of their dreams...

For sure, with committed, focused work you can make significant strides in 3 months, but real change, long-term change only comes with a long-term commitment to daily practice.
