Which 'Self' Are You...

William Shakespeare put it so eloquently when he wrote, "Above all, to thine own self be true..." from the opening act in Hamlet...

But which 'self' is Shakespeare referring? After all, we seem to have so many... We have a fearful self, a jealous self, an angry self, a frustrated self, the list is almost endless...

In the brief video below, I explain that these are NOT your true selves, they are in fact roles you adopt that keep you from your own true self - that of observer...
